Get help navigating prescription coverage. Talk with our Odessa pharmacy team about insurance questions and coordination with your prescriber.
Coverage questions are ours to chase, not yours. If a claim is rejected or a medication needs authorisation first, tell us and we will take it up with the plan and your prescriber and keep you posted.

- 2If a prior authorisation is needed, we start it with your prescriber.
- 3If something is not covered, we will tell you what the alternatives are.
